What is3PL-Works™?
LDA™ services are designed to change the way 3PL providers and their Customers achieve mutually agreeable terms when defining and setting the basis for measuring one or more of:

How is this done?
Before a contract is agreed and signed, provide unbiased opinion to enhance trust and balance - 3PL-Works™
Generate confidence for both parties in the numbers established as a basis for any the programs set or targets to be met by independent review and assessment of each party's proposed figures, plus an analysis of data the data behind each set of figures. This is also set against reasonable industry benchmarks seen in similar situations.
After the contract, helping to safeguard the relationship for both parties - 3PL-Works+™
'An unbiased analysis, audit, and assessment of progress and the status quo in outsource logistics relationships. For example, in the context of a periodic savings assessment as part of a gain share agreement or as part of regular periodic business reviews of contractual targets of any kind, either or both parties can use the service to introduce a level of rigor into the discussion. Areas of scrutiny can include operational metrics, with the LDA™ service having been either a component part of the original contract or requested ad hoc. The objective is to promote risk mitigation and promote understanding in situations of costly potential breakdown of the contract.
